Montane Building Group is proud to share that we have been awarded the Elemental LED Warehouse Tenant Improvement project.

With construction now underway at 1190 Trademark Drive, Suites 105, 107, and 108, in Reno, the project broke ground in early June 2026 and is expected to be completed in September 2026.

This tenant improvement will transform the existing warehouse into a modern manufacturing facility through a comprehensive interior remodel. The scope of work includes new interior walls, ceilings, doors, and finishes, as well as significant upgrades to the building’s mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to support Elemental LED’s manufacturing operations. Because the facility will be used for manufacturing, the project requires substantially more complex power distribution and mechanical infrastructure than a traditional warehouse renovation. We will be leveraging our expertise in industrial construction to carefully coordinate these specialized systems while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the project.

Upon completion, the new facility will strengthen Elemental LED’s operational presence in Northern Nevada, create new manufacturing jobs, and contribute to the region’s growing industrial economy.
