Located at 7031 David Allen Parkway, Suite 101, in Sparks, NV, the project transformed a vacant warehouse shell into a modern office and operational facility designed tosupport Belimo Aircontrols continued growth and expanding regional operations. The comprehensive TI included construction of a demising wall, a spacious primary office area, remote restroom facilities, a dedicated compressor room, and the installation of new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Belimo Aircontrols’ new facility positions them to better serve customers throughout the region while creating new employment opportunities and contributing to the area’s continued economic development. The investment also reflects the ongoing demand for quality industrial and office space within the Sparks business community.
