Montane Building Group is proud to share that we have begun construction on Milan Industrial Building B, the second phase of a major industrial development located at 855 and 875 Milan Drive in Storey County.

Developed in collaboration with The Conco Companies, the project follows the successful completion of Milan Industrial Building A and represents continued investment in Northern Nevada’s growing industrial sector. Building B will consist of a 652,040-square-foot, 47-foot-tall concrete tilt-up shell facility designed to support future industrial users. The project also includes extensive site improvements, including parking areas, truck courts, utility infrastructure, and landscaping. 

The Milan Industrial development is designed to accommodate large-scale industrial operations and reflects ongoing demand for modern logistics, distribution, and manufacturing facilities throughout the region. Once complete, the project will further strengthen Storey County’s position as a key hub for industrial growth and economic development.

We’re excited to see construction on Building B begin immediately following the completion of Building A. That momentum reflects the strength of our partnership with The Conco Companies and the continued expansion we’re seeing in Northern Nevada’s industrial market.
