Montane Building Group is proud to share that our recent completed tenant improvement project for West Coast Boats, was featured in Northern Nevada Business Weekly!

Located at 8700 Boomtown Garson Road in Verdi, NV, and completed in March 2026, the project transformed a vacant warehouse shell into a functional and professional commercial space designed to support future business operations and growth of West Coast Boats. The design-build tenant improvement included the construction of a new demising wall to divide the building into two separate spaces, along with new interior walls, flooring, ceilings, and millwork. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems were also installed as part of the comprehensive renovation.

The project represents an important step in activating previously vacant commercial space, creating opportunities for future employment, customer traffic, and economic activity in the Verdi area. By preparing the facility for occupancy, the improvement supports continued business investment and growth within the community.
