Montane building group is proud to share that our recent completed tenant improvement, Dunham Trust, was featured in Northern Nevada Business Weekly!

The 6,937-square-foot Class A office renovation is located on the second floor of the Dunham Trust building at 80 W. First St. in downtown Reno.
Designed by OneStudio D+A, the project transformed the existing office space through a comprehensive interior renovation, including a complete demolition and rebuild of the suite. The upgraded space features specialty LED lighting, advanced acoustical wall and ceiling systems, custom millwork, and modern finishes that create a refreshed and highly functional workplace environment overlooking the Truckee River.

The completed tenant improvement reflects continued investment in downtown Reno office space and provides a modern environment designed to support the needs of today’s professional workforce.
