Montane building group is proud to share that our recently completed Milan Industrial Building A was featured in Northern Nevada Business Weekly!

Milan Industrial Building A is a 652,040-square-foot shell industrial facility located at 855 Milan Drive in Storey County. The project, developed in collaboration with The Conco Companies marks Montane’s fifth ground-up industrial project with them.

In addition to Building, Montane is preparing to break ground on the next phase of the Milan Industrial complex this month, continuing the site’s expansion and reinforcing the region’s role as a key hub for industrial growth and logistics.
