Montane building group is proud to share that we have been awarded the Grand Canyon University Tenant Improvement project, with construction now underway at 343 Elm St. in Reno. The project began in April 2026 and is scheduled for completion in September 2026.

The second-floor space, currently vacant, will be transformed into a new nursing school operated by Orbis Education, complete with administration offices and training areas.

The Class A tenant improvement includes a full demolition and rebuild of the entire floor. The scope of work will feature new walls, ceilings, and interior finishes, along with upgraded mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems throughout. Training rooms will also incorporate large electric operable wall partitions, allowing for flexible learning environments.

This project allows us to show how thoughtful construction can support both education and community growth.
