Montane building group is proud to share that our recent completed tenant improvement, Gaming Capital Group, was featured in Northern Nevada Business Weekly!

Owned by Gaming Capital Group LLC, the building is located at 6005 Plumas St., Suite 310, Reno, NV, 89519. The remodeling involved the transformation of an existing office space and a complete interior redesign.

The improvements consisted of new walls, millwork, a new window and glass doors, new ceiling, new power and data locations, and new paint and flooring throughout the Gaming Capital Group office space.

This tenant improvement will welcome new employees to the building and the Lakeside Drive area. The project will also bring more foot traffic to the establishment, allowing for more visitors and increased visibility to neighboring retail stores and restaurants. 

Everything was thoughtfully and intentionally made to serve the Reno community, which were honored to have done—it shows that Montane Building Group is more than just a construction company.
