Montane building group is proud to share that our recent completed tenant improvement, Eden Home Health, was featured in Northern Nevada Business Weekly!

The Eden Home Health Tenant Improvement project is located 5420 Kietzke Lane, Suite 200 in Reno. The 12,000-square-foot renovation was completed for owner, Kietzke 5420 LLC, and includes upgraded office space for Eden Home Health. The project involved a remodel of existing office areas and installation of new furniture, including an updated entryway, new office and conference room construction, ceiling repairs, new walls, fresh paint and flooring, and added power and data infrastructure.

This necessary tenant improvement will enhance the functionality and productivity for all workers and visitors at Eden Home Health, as well as allow for more jobs and increased traffic at surrounding retail stores and restaurants.
