Montane Building Group announced the completion of the tenant fit out for Body 20, located at 18120 Wedge Parkway in Reno.

The project involved the remodeling of an existing property into a state-of-the-art fitness facility. The scope of work included demolition, construction of new walls, installation of new interior lighting and controls, electrical, plumbing, HVAC ducting, and interior finishes. The suite will include a reception/retail area, prep area, changing room, restroom, utility room, and workout studio.
