Montane Building Group has announced they have completed a buildout for Swift MRI located at 7700 Rancharrah Pkwy, Ste. 100 in Reno.

The buildout for the 7,899 square foot MRI suite features two exam rooms, two dictation rooms, two dressing rooms, an MRI room, control room, physical therapy room, restroom, and a breakroom. A state-of-the-art MRI was installed in the MRI room, along with specialty ambient lighting that includes LED panels laid into the grid system.

The construction, which began in July 2021, had the interior design finishes done by Reno Business Interiors. The project offers another location for the Reno community to utilize MRIs and physical therapy.

Montane Building Group announced today that they have completed tenant improvements for a STORD warehouse, owned and developed by Gonsalves & Santucci, Inc.

Located at 425 E. Sydney Suite 120, the scope of work features a new 2,500 sf main office, new shipping office, dock equipment, warehouse lighting, and patio structure. The construction began in March 2022.

Montane Building Group has announced they have completed site improvements for Hope Community Church at 755 Trademark Drive in Reno.

A new shade structure was installed, as well as patio improvements and landscaping. The scope of work also included grading, concrete, and structural steel. Construction began this month.

The newly built franchise, located at 1650 Robb Dr., Suite B5 in Reno, Nevada, is owned by Cotton Tops Enterprises, Inc. Construction on the project began in November 2021 and was built out of a new studio.

Montane Building Group Completes Ferguson Yard Slab

(Reno, NV) – Montane Building Group announced today that they have completed work at Ferguson Yard Slabs, located at 1095 S. Rock Blvd, Reno Nevada.

Owned by the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority and developed by Ferguson Enterprises, the scope of the project included dirt work, rebar and concrete. The construction for the new concrete yard slabs began in May 2022.

Located at 2625 USA Parkway in Sparks, the new concrete tilt industrial building will total 466,000 square feet.
