As Seen in Rebusiness Online: Montane Building Group Begins Renovations at HDR Headquarters in Reno, Nevada

RENO, NEV. — Montane Building Group has commenced tenant improvements at the headquarters of HDR, a company owned by NevDex Properties.

The project, located at 10615 Professional Circle, Suite 201, will span 3,882 square feet and include a modern office space featuring open work areas, private offices, a conference room, a mothers’ room and a break room.

HDR, known for its engineering, architecture, environmental and construction services, employs more than 11,000 people across 200 offices worldwide. The tenant improvement project is scheduled for completion in mid-August.

Additionally, the scope of work included demolishing existing walls and finishes, as well as a custom yoga floor that is unique to the particular workout the studio offers. This is the second Yoga6 project the firm has been hired to build.

Located at 1465 S. Meadows Parkway Suite 200, the newly constructed Swift Sportsdome features a gym and a physical therapy space. Spine Nevada has medical evaluations, physical therapy, sport science training and concussion screening onsite. The scope of work includes a reception area, two physical therapy rooms, two restrooms with showers, new walls, ceiling, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. This unique location inside of the Sportsdome allows visitors in the gym portion of the suite to look into the sports field below.

The 9,950 square foot metal building was erected by the firm, as well as the two bays of the mezzanine. Featuring a 60-foot clear span, 1,500-square-foot mezzanine, 2 1/2-inch insulated metal wall panels by Metl-Span R-22 and standing seam roof with banded R-35 insulation, they also completed hybrid work for longer lasting capabilities with skylights for natural light.

Located at 260 Chism St., in Reno, the project was developed by Steve White.

Montane Building Group has announced they have completed tenant improvements for Pure Barre, an exercise studio.

Located at 2868 Vista Blvd., Suite 118 in Sparks, the firm demoed existing walls and finishes and built back the open workout studio room, an office, retail space at the front of the suite, new ceilings, new flooring, wood Barre bar, and mirrors.

The scope of work also included electrical and mechanical work. This marks the third Pure Barre project completed by Montane.

(Reno, NV) – Montane Building Group announced today that they have completed tenant improvements for Uber Wins.

The project, owned by NevDex Properties, features a new office for Uber Wins which includes finish upgrades and a new coffee bar in the reception area. The flooring was replaced in the reception area and break room and carpet tile was installed in the open office space and private offices. Other features include a custom coffee bar with a sink, power for undercounter refrigerators, floating shelves, ornate tile on the wall, and an island for additional seating. Three booths with a wood slat accent wall are featured in the break room.

Located at 887 Trademark Dr. Suite 201, Uber Wins is a gaming company. Construction began in July of 2022.

Montane Building Group announced today that they have completed tenant improvements for Palisades Tahoe, located at 1365 Quilici Ranch Rd., Suite 101, Verdi, NV 89439.

The project included a build out of a new office space, featuring six offices, a conference room, break room, and warehouse and a mezzanine, built above a warehouse to house five offices and utilize additional storage. The scope of work also included two restrooms, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work.

Owned by Whispering Road Investments LLC., construction for the project began in March of 2022.

Montane Building Group has announced they have completed a buildout for Swift MRI located at 7700 Rancharrah Pkwy, Ste. 100 in Reno.

The buildout for the 7,899 square foot MRI suite features two exam rooms, two dictation rooms, two dressing rooms, an MRI room, control room, physical therapy room, restroom, and a breakroom. A state-of-the-art MRI was installed in the MRI room, along with specialty ambient lighting that includes LED panels laid into the grid system.

The construction, which began in July 2021, had the interior design finishes done by Reno Business Interiors. The project offers another location for the Reno community to utilize MRIs and physical therapy.
