Montane Building Group announced today that they have completed construction on Rayco Warehouse.

The 9,950 sf metal building was erected by the firm, as well as the two bays of the mezzanine. Featuring a 60’-0” Clear Span, 1,500 SF Mezzanine, 2 ½” Insulated Metal Wall Panels by Metl-Span R-22, and Standing Seam Roof with Banded R-35 Insulation, they also completed hybrid work with the building for longer lasting capabilities with skylights for natural light. Located at 260 Chism Street, Reno, NV, the project was developed by Steve White.
