Montane Building Group announced today that they have completed tenant improvements for Palisades Tahoe, located at 1365 Quilici Ranch Rd., Suite 101, Verdi, NV 89439.

The project included a build out of a new office space, featuring six offices, a conference room, break room, and warehouse and a mezzanine, built above a warehouse to house five offices and utilize additional storage. The scope of work also included two restrooms, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work.

Owned by Whispering Road Investments LLC., construction for the project began in March of 2022.
