Montane Building Group announced today that they have completed tenant improvements for a STORD warehouse, owned and developed by Gonsalves & Santucci, Inc.

Located at 425 E. Sydney Suite 120, the scope of work features a new 2,500 sf main office, new shipping office, dock equipment, warehouse lighting, and patio structure. The construction began in March 2022.

Stord offers state-of-the-art warehouses and fulfilment centers in Reno, along with a network of strategically positioned facilities across the country.
