Montane Building Group Begins Construction on Conco Building D

(Reno, NV) – Montane Building Group announced today that they have begun ground-up construction on Conco Building D.

Located at 2625 USA Parkway in Sparks Nevada, the new concrete tilt industrial building will total 466,000 square feet. Owned and developed by Gonsalves & Santucci, Inc., the project is scheduled to be completed by June 2023.
