Montane Building Group has announced they have begun construction on the newest Swift location. The tenant improvement will be located within the recently constructed Swift Sportsdome.

Montane Building Group has announced they have begun construction on the newest Swift location. The tenant improvement will be located within the recently constructed Swift Sportsdome.

Located at 1465 S. Meadows Pkwy, Ste. 200, the suite will include a gym and a physical therapy space. Spine Nevada will have medical evaluations, physical therapy, sport science training, and concussion screening on-site.

The scope of work includes a reception area, two physical therapy rooms, two restrooms with showers, new walls, ceiling, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. The unique location inside the Sportsdome allows visitors in the gym portion of the suite to look into the sports field below. The project, owned by Spine Nevada, is scheduled to be completed in September, featuring interior design by Reno Business Interiors.
