Montane Building Group Completes Ridgeline Reno Tenant Improvements

(Reno, NV)- Montane Building Group announced they have completed at 15,996 square foot tenant improvement for a Ridgeline office space located at 9670 Gateway Dr., Suite 200 in Reno, Nevada.

The tenant improvements for the existing office space included upgrading lights for energy efficiency, as well as to meet model energy code. The flooring, 20 offices and 3 conference rooms were demolished to create an open floor plan. Two large training rooms were built, the conference rooms were reused, and the remaining offices were turned into 1-on-1 rooms.

The design for the project was done by One Studio and construction began in March 2021. This project is the third of five office tenant improvements completed for Ridgeline, a fast-growing technology company based in the Reno-Tahoe area.
