Montane Building Group Completes Tenant Improvements at Ridgeline’s 936 Southwood Blvd Office

(Incline Village, NV)- Montane Building Group announced they have completed tenant improvements on an 1,100 square foot suite space located at 936 Southwood Blvd., Suite 101 in Incline Village.

The tenant improvements, contracted by Ridgeline, included demolishing three offices, ceiling, and flooring. Two conferences rooms were built back, with new lighting and finishes throughout the space. Rustic wood wall paneling was used on two accent walls and colorful wall coverings were installed in a sitting room.

The architecture and design for the project was done by One Studio and construction began in June 2021. This project was the last of five office tenant improvements completed for Ridgeline, a fast-growing technology company based in the Reno-Tahoe area.
