Montane Building Group Completes Ridgeline Southwood Blvd Tenant Improvements

(Incline Village, NV)- Montane Building Group announced they completed a 6,538 square foot tenant improvement at 892 Southwood Blvd in Incline Village.

The tenant improvement for Ridgeline included the demolition of most walls, ceiling and flooring. The company renovated both floors of the building creating a modern open floor plan. Both mechanical and electrical upgrades were completed throughout the building. The new conference rooms have unique sliding glass doors, allowing more natural light into the room than a traditional door, without compromising sound from traveling in and out. The break room has hexagon acoustic sound clouds to help with sound attenuation.

The architecture and design for the project was done by One Studio and construction began in October 2020. This project is the second of five office tenant improvements completed for Ridgeline, a fast-growing technology company based in the Reno-Tahoe area.
